Under My Spell

‘Under My Spell’ (Richard Tasco, R. 2016).  TB, 38″ (97 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards red-chocolate, wide shiny orange-bronze wash on midrib spreading toward edge; style arms light chocolate, bright golden maize on bottom sides, slight lavender edge to bottom of stigmatic lip; falls plush velvety dark black-red, few golden veins near back of beard; beard hairs based burgundy-brown, tips golden bronze; moderately ruffled; medium purple based foliage; slight fragrance. Superstition 2016. Honorable Mention 2019.
