First Prize’ – (Richard Tasco, R. 2017) TB, 41″ (104 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards dusky azalea pink (RHS 39D); style arms apricot-pink, light bronze edges, light violet blush under stigmatic lip; Falls light pink lavender, slightly darker edge, plum-orchid edge near top, bold blue-violet center streak extends from beard to edge of petal; beards burnt orange in throat and middle, ends slight blue-volet; moderately ruffled; lightly laced.  Superstition 2017. Honorable Mention 2021; Award of Merit 2023.
